One of the worst UI/UX I have ever had the honour of experiencing. Live tracking does not work as well, no way in app to contact customer service if order goes wrong. My pizza was never delivered, I was charged, the hotline 62226333 is forever "engaged at the moment, please try again later". So if your order has any issues, you will have to file a dispute/chargeback with the bank to get your refund from Domino's.

Not able to sign in with email... I have had an account for years and never had an issue in the past until recently after a phone upgrade and app update... I login and then it just hangs... So annoying... I wish they'd change the layout of the pizza menu, so list the range name and have a drop down menu to show what's available in that range, instead of having to scroll so much to find what you're looking for...

Deals like $15 Tuesday's aren't available in the app. It showed some deals for my local store, but website was cheaper & easier for the same store. (The app charged full price, plus fees, for the same order.) When you open the app, you can't browse deals or menu without first selecting; order type/ address / delivery time etc. You can't check out prices & deals first... I would have put this thru the app, but it has no customer support / contact / or feedback options. Just use website.
