    From award-winning Omakase restaurant Takayama, Chef Taro Takayama introduces his new casual concept - Hanare by Takayama, which features signature favourites from his omakase menu. Hanare by Takayama caters to all, be it for business or pleasure, set in a more social and modern setting.

    Chef Taro crafts a new menu that changes with the seasons, using premium ingredients with Japanese cooking techniques in his homage to comfort cooking. The spotlight shines on our signature dish: Kamameshi, a slow-cooked mixed rice dish cooked in a “kama”- a traditional iron pot.
