Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign is from 11 August to 8 October 2023 only, unless otherwise stated.

2. All gift-with-purchase redemptions can be made at The Woodleigh Mall, Information Counter located at Level 2.

3. Receipts presented must be issued by stores in The Woodleigh Mall. Receipts generated from online purchases or collection chits will not be accepted.

4. Shopper must be present in person and provide a valid contact number, email address and same-day qualifying receipts (in Singapore dollars), corresponding credit/debit card slips/NETS.

5. Each shopper may only redeem one (1) $5 F&B Voucher per day.

6. $5 F&B Voucher are limited to the first 6,000 redemptions on a first-come, first-served, and while-stocks-last basis with a maximum of 3 combined same-day receipts with at least 1 receipt from fEAst @ Woodleigh at B1.

7. Promotion is not valid with ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or other privileges.

8. Redemption must be made on the same day of spend.

9. Original receipt(s) from The Woodleigh Mall with a time stamp of 9.30pm or later can be presented the following day and will be accepted for redemption. However, this will not be applicable for receipts presented on 8 October 2023 with a time stamp of 10pm or later.

12. The Management reserves the right to request for shoppers to present their purchased items as proof of purchase to make redemption.

13. The Woodleigh Mall tenants are not eligible for redemption by proxy (i.e. using their store’s receipts).

14. Receipt(s) for purchase deposits; purchase of postage stamps, parking coupons, mobile prepaid cards, cash cards, mall/store vouchers, product trade-in with zero top-up value; Duplicate store receipt(s), credit/debit card slip(s), transaction(s) made at pop-up sales stores, pushcarts, atrium sales, roadshows, money changer, bill payments via automated machine or any outlet; Top-up of cash cards/debit card/prepaid store value cards; Payment paid with tenants’ reward points and/or rebates; and Cash vouchers purchased from external organisations and handwritten receipts do not qualify for redemption.

15. For any spend or purchase(s) made on instalment plan, only one redemption is allowed on the same-day based on the total purchase amount.

16. The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any times.

17. By participating in this promotion, the shoppers consent to The Management, as well as tenants & business associates/partners of the Organiser using and/or processing any information or personal data as provided by the shopper for the purposes of sending any advertisements, informational materials or messages (via mail, email and SMS) relating to the Management’s products, services and events (“marketing messages”).
